Our East 32nd Street project involved extensive interior and exterior renovations to a historic Savannah home, built in 1900. Beneath the surface, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing were upgraded and everything was brought up to code. All materials that could not be salvaged were replaced and structural materials that needed repair were stabilized and reinforced. Many original fixtures were restored including pocket doors, plaster walls, fireplace mantels, the original wood siding that had been covered with vinyl for years, and all of the original hardwood floors.
