A HOME RENOVATION WITH ADDITIONS IN THE LANDINGS

The Little Comfort Road project involved the renovation of a circa 1990s home in the Landings with minor additions. The home’s existing rear porches were converted to heated and cooled spaces. The kitchen was renovated, which included the relocation of the range to an exterior wall, as well as the creation of a butler’s pantry within the space. The primary space was reworked to include additional his and hers closet and a larger bathroom area.
The project also included the renovation of the upstairs bathrooms, the addition of a screened porch featuring an outdoor fireplace, a new roof, and painted brick on the exterior facade. To add enhanced safety to the comfort of the home, a whole house generator was installed.
