The West Bolton Street project consisted of the historic renovation of this circa 1872 home, including interior upgrades to plumbing and electrical. The scope also included renovation of the garden level to convert to a short-term vacation rental. New kitchen cabinetry and interior details were added, such as exposed beams in the kitchen ceiling. The old porch was removed, and a covered porch was installed with a screening on the main and garden levels. A two-car garage was constructed as part of the scope as well.
